Kafi Luz - tried it yet?
A traditional drink whose origins date back to the 18th century. Typical of Central Switzerland, especially on festive occasions.
A point of honor: our Kafi Luz brandy is made from 100% Swiss fruit from high trunks.
In addition to the fruit brandy, also known as "Bätzi", a real Kafi Luz requires a light filter coffee and a lump of sugar cube (formerly two) - served in the proper style in a coffee glass.
To go with it: a good piece of cheese, gingerbread ... or some smoked Mühlischinken.
