By the way, my personal favorite among the fruits is the Williams pear, the "queen of pears". A wonderfully aromatic highlight. I love its taste - childhood memories! Full-bodied. Unmistakable. And also a real treat for the palate, even in refined form - whether as a clear brandy or as Vieille Williams.
