In the middle of Switzerland's intact fruit landscape. A privilege that must be cherished and preserved. The perfect basis for our top-class fruit brandies.

Careful treatment of people and resources - a matter of course for me. Personal contact counts. With the fruit producers, the cooper who makes the barrels. Mindfulness at every point of the value chain.

The cherry - my passion. Typically Swiss. An almost unbelievable diversity of varieties. Kirsch and fondue - a love story with tradition. Fascinating, its uniqueness and delicacy. My favorite is the pure kirsch. The crowning glory: the "Kirsch Teresa".
