Our Vieille fruit brandies are matured in 225-liter barrique barrels made from Swiss wood. The distillers Urs and Elias Hecht carefully select the right barrel for the fruit.

The perfect place to mature - at a guaranteed constant temperature: the Hecht family's natural cellar in Gunzwil, eleven meters above the ground. When you enter this room, the unmistakable aroma tells you that something precious is being created here.
