URS HECHT Plum Schnapps

Only mirabelle plums from trees that are 35 to 45 years old are picked by hand between 1 and 25 September to produce this delicious schnapps. They are transported in small containers to ensure they arrive in pristine condition for the next stage of the process. Top distiller Urs Hecht has made sure that around 500 mirabelle plum trees have been planted over the past few years. According to the man himself, this schnapps is a typical local Lucerne product that goes nicely with a tasty almond-based dessert.
